Abstract :
An adaptive online modeling technique for active noise control systems is presented and discussed. Changes in the environment produced by different extreme weather conditions and aged transducers make online modeling necessary in order to make the system track and compensate for those changes. This technique does not use an auxiliary source for modeling, and the introduced complexity is manageable for real-time implementations. Real-time experimental results obtained using this technique are presented to show the effectiveness of the method
