Abstract :
A dynamic recognition factor is proposed in this paper based on the concept of approximate entropy. We transform the DNA sequence into time sequence by graphical representation, and identify the similarity of DNA sequence by calculating the dynamic recognition factor between different DNA sequences. This method has been proofed available for the five DNA sequences.
