Abstract :
This paper deals with basic concepts. Mathematics, Parameters and design aspects of control of Non Linear process plant based on tuning methods like zieglor-nichols method, fuzzy logic as a principle of operation. After reviewing the operation of the plant, a fuzzy logic based PID Controller is formulated to control the outflow rate. The scheme is then designed and tested by simulink of Matlab. Simulations are presented and have shown that Fuzzy based PID controller is more versatile compared with the conventional PID Controller for Non Linear process plant.
