Abstract :
Lignocellulosic biodegradation by microorganism is difficult as the complicated structure of lignocellulose and there are different views on the anaerobic degradation mechanism. In this paper, anaerobic degradation mechanism of lignocellulose is outlined. The research orientation has some preliminary discussions further more.
