Abstract :
Theoretically speaking, the image motion velocity (IMV) on focal plane caused by aircraft motion is the same everywhere under the situation of perpendicular shoot. Whereas the IMV changes everywhere depends on the location of imaging cell while the optic axis of camera is not right to the target, especially when the optic axis forms any trail angle with the ground surface, the motion of every pixel becomes more complicated, so as to bring out a question for discussion about whether traditional method could eliminate the image motion effectively. In this paper, through coordinate transformation the location-speed equations of object-to-image are educed to discuss the rule of IMV varies with aircraft attitude. Vector graphs are given to indicate the pixel location and speed under common and some representative situations. Then have a discussion on the means of IMC using electronic imaging array devices.
