  • Abstract
In recent 46 years, the average temperature of the overall Shiyang River Basin have increased with the rate of 0.32degC per 10 years, especially, with the abrupt change in 1994. Be compared with the period before abrupt change (1960-1993,same as blow), the annual average temperature, the maximal temperature and the minimum temperature have risen 1.0degC, 0.7degC, 1.3degC respectively. In the context of the warming of the Shiyang River Basin prominently: Precipitation that is increasing trend in this region, the runoff assumes slightly decreased trend at mountain pass stations, the runoff of the lower reaches significantly reduced and the groundwater too. Under the background of climate change and human being activity, the water table of the river basin has being declined rapidly and thinned of the permafrost soil. The analysis of the remote sensing indicates that the landscape of Shiyang River Basin is main bare land, the sign that the area of the increasing bare land explains that vegetation is degenerating, desertification area is increasing, the ecological environment is tending to worsen obviously in Shiyang river basin, exactly, this is a clear sign of worsening ecological environment.
