Abstract :
In recent year, the number of the patients with neuromuscular dyskinesias is constantly increasing. Many patients can recover the function of the limbs muscle through rehabilitation training. However, it is important for doctor and patients to real-time monitor and evaluate the effect of the training and the condition of muscle. In this paper, a real-time rehabilitation training system with electromyography (sEMG) feedback was developed based on AD sample card and lab view. The system can monitor sEMG signals and compute related sEMG parameters which reflect muscle intensity and fatigue in time and frequency domain. The results showed that the system run well and the sEMG parameters are suited in assessing the condition of muscles. In addition, the system may provide some meaningful information about training processes that is direct to improve the training programs.
