Abstract :
There were developed new inert nontoxic nanosize matrix carrier substances (gel form) which can be used for: 1. Cryopreservations (without DMSO or other crioprotectors) which safes intra - and extra cellular structures stem and pluripotent cells and does not damage cell surface antigens. 2. Transportation means of a biological material (i.e. stem cells) without frozen at -196°C and without observance of a temperature mode, more than 3 days, and prevents change of a phase of a cell cycle (for cell cultures). 3. Cultivation of cellular cultures for the purpose of formation of a true monolayer (a cornea of eyes). At use of this matrix carrier substance there is spontaneous synchronization of a cell cycle, without appearance of oncomarkers.
