Abstract :
Row and column high-voltage driver ICs for flat display panels with markedly improved power dissipation and switching speed have been developed by employing a complementary-type level-shift circuit. High-voltage PMOSs with thick gate oxide film to ensure operation with high voltage between gate and source, high-voltage n-channel DMOSs, and a 5-V high-speed CMOS circuit are integrated on a single silicon chip. Output risetime of 60 ns and propagation delay time of 120 ns have been obtained at 250 V with a 20-pF capacitive load condition
