Abstract :
Recent reports of nanowire based biosensor research showed the promising ability in detection time less than one minute and in detection level down to pg/ml to list a few. In this study, we used newly modified top down based silicon nanowire and measured two types of prostate cancer markers after surface modification. Their dynamic ranges were measured to be 0.184 ~ 17 ng/mL and 0.1 ~ 10 ng/mL, respectively.
