The paper is devoted to investigation into nonlinear processes in a three-mirror open resonator (OR) with a paramagnetic layer under conditions of saturating electron spin transfer in the millimeter wave range. The characteristics of this nonlinear dissipation system have been calculated for different concentrations of paramagnetic centres, time of electron relaxation and coupling coefficient between OR and sample
