Abstract :
Expert experiments are the essential factor to estimate the failure rate during the process of aircraft risk assessment. For further discovering the effect of experts on failure rate, we compared the failure rates from many different expert groups. One group is from experimental experts, another is a fresh person, and the last group is composed with proportional experts. The result of comparisons shows that failure rates are not becoming stable with the increase of expert experiments.
