Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the classification of environmental incidents, the characteristics of environmental incidents in China during 2004~2011 are analyzed in this paper. Problems existing in the environmental risk management system of China are summarized, namely, the importance of environmental events risk management and data source acquisition is insufficiently recognized, systemic and scientific environment risk assessment system hasn´t formed, the management system and the environmental emergency system are incomplete. Some suggestions for the construction of environmental risk management system are as follows: Strengthening the construction of environmental risk management, optimizing the working system of data source acquisition, realizing the effective grading and classification management of risk source, establishing a systemic and scientific environment risk assessment system, learning from the advanced experiences of foreign countries, and so on.
