The results of experimental and theoretical research of optical and thermophysical characteristics of refractory dielectric materials (SiO2, BNC, Al2O3) in a field of intensive (I~106-109 W/cm2) coherent radiation (with standard laser wavelengths) and wideband thermal powerful VUV-IR radiation are presented
