Abstract :
Some surface acoustic wave characteristics on trigonal La3 Ga5 SiO14 crystals were experimentally investigated for several cuts and propagation directions. More than 150 SAW resonators of about 60 cuts have been prepared with resonance frequencies at range 400-700 MHz and its frequency responses were measured at temperature range -40-+80°C. Some promising cuts and directions with zero temperature coefficients of resonance frequency were found
