Abstract :
The shock losses of the impeller and the diffuser will increase when the Centrifugal compressor is not running under the Specified operation point. For the compressor system is time-varying, nonlinear, strong coupling, hysteresis, model instability characteristics, the Fuzzy-PID controller is designed. The result of MATLAB simulation shows that response of the system is small overshoot, short dynamic process. The controller will ensure the compressor system running under the Specified operation point so as to avoid the shock loss. According to the running state of the centrifugal compressor 32000 m3/h, Quantitative analysis of the energy saving is made after using the fuzzy PID controller.
