  • Abstract
    Cavity ringdown spectroscopy (CRDS) enables absorption measurements to be made in a direct and quantitative fashion, permitting remarkable gain in sensitivity over conventional approaches. Developments, applications, and implementation issues of the CRDS technique are presented.
