Abstract :
The measurement results for the intermodulation effect and the amplitude-frequency effect of two power BAW resonators having the anti-parallel connection are presented. A significant reduction of the 2f component in the reflected power with respect to the parallel connection has been observed. A similar result can be reported for the anti-series connection. Behavioral models for these connections are outlined.
