Abstract :
A software package for the simulation of magnetic hysteresis is present. The hysteresis model is based on Preisach´s theory and it requires the major hysteresis loop as input data. The model and the software have been checked against laboratory experiments and there is satisfactory agreement between measurements and calculations. The model could be incorporated into larger simulation programs
