Abstract :
This paper presents the analyses processes in stability and reliability after installing micro hydro power plant (MHPP) and micro wind power turbine (MWPT) based on the local natural energy in Kuromori Region of Yamanashi Profecture. The power generation is obtained from a weak energy degree, the average wind speed (AWS) and water discharge are relative weak just like the most other regions in this prefecture. Micro-grid (MG) consisting of MHPP and MWPT sources are installed in existing power system (EPS). Power generation that used in simulation is determined by investigated wind and water characteristics on complex shaped mountainous land. System stability is analyzed by considering the power generation under three kinds of particular wind speed, unstable influence is solved by using reasonable relay protection based on the relay operating time and fault clearing time. System reliability is varied by considering different operational types and controller that can automatically adjusts the power supply by tracking system frequency and voltage, the cooperational possibility from standby bus MG is also considered
