Abstract
In order to realize the remote and real-time condition monitoring for fans in coal mine, a condition monitoring system was developed. This system completed the running condition data acquisition and monitoring for the fans in several working sites by means of the industrial Ethernet, and it can save these condition data into an appointed database. A kind of analysis software based on VC was also developed to process these data and draw a performance curve of the mine fan automatically, which made it easy to analyze and diagnose the faults of the fan. The vibration data acquired from the monitoring system was used to analyze the condition monitoring data and optimize the fault maintenance model. Aiming at the low maintenance cost and safety, an optimized maintenance policy was built at last.
