Abstract :
A new and fast target detection method of SAR image is proposed. The fast target detection is finished by multi-look reduced resolution, adaptive ROI acquired and the segmentation based PDE. As multi-look reduced noise, target fast orientation and global minimization of the active contour/Snake model, a better and fast target detection technique is obtained. The fast performance of the method is verified with experiments based on the different scene SAR images.
