Abstract
Computational complexities arise to convert any decimal number to SDDBNS are the most important issues to design an algorithm further for the same. Here we have introduced a new algorithm that converts any decimal number to SDTBNS in a simpler way. Although the material presented in this article is mainly theoretical, the proposed algorithm could lead to very efficient implementation for digital signal processing application.
