  • Abstract
    This paper analyzes the principle and disadvantaged of traditional vehicle dispatching and burglarproof apply GPS (Global Positioning System) technology. Base on the learning principle of variable structure fuzzy neural network (VS_FNN), VS_FNN is applied on GPS vehicle dispatching. The result of simulation experiment indicates that the application of VS_FNN on GPS vehicle dispatching greatly promotes dispatching efficiency and lowers pollution and traffic jam.
