  • Abstract
    In this paper, we investigate the generalized Laguerre approximation. Various orthogonal projections are established. As their important applications, we propose the generalized Laguerre spectral scheme for general boundary condition problems. The global convergence of proposed algorithms is proved. Numerical results demonstrate the spectral accuracy of these new approaches and coincide well with the theoretical analysis.
