Abstract :
In order to achieve the communication between heterogeneous processor of the computerized numerical control (CNC) system, two SoC communication methods were developed. They are based on static buffer system and dynamic buffer system respectively. By testing and comparing the performances of two communication models, a detailed analysis includes the characteristics and scopes of application of different communication models are given. Relative to communication model based on static buffer system, the communication model based on dynamic buffer system have higher transmission speed and programming flexibility to fully meet the requirements of real-time and accuracy for the CNC system.
