  • Abstract
    Digital holography technology has great potential for application in particle measurement. This paper proposes an atmospheric particle size measuring method using laser, CCD, Wavelet transform and image processing technology base on the study of digital holography. The measurement principle and the system construction are provided. The particle size is measured on the basis of reconstructing particle hologram, denoising the reconstructed image and particles identification using wavelet transform. The study indicates that the measurement method is simple, fast, and real-time and provides a new approach for atmosphere particle measurement.
