Abstract :
The paper proposes a novel procedure for the localization of projected target points, capable of reducing the calibration of a camera - projector pair into the calibration of a stereo pair of cameras, with advantages in terms of simplicity, flexibility, accuracy and availability of known solutions. Results are shown for the calibration of a real 3-D scanner for different geometrical configurations in terms of uncertainty of calibrated parameters.
