Abstract :
The programmable ASIC - FPGA possessing UCL is the key to the receiving card of DVB data broadcasting system for fast, automatic download of the information booked by users, to achieve real-time control of information in terms of discerning the γ mapping form of UCL index. Here we first introduced the UCL standard and UCL index encapsulation, and then described the structure, main function, principle, and simulation of our system, which might become a main part of the seamless link between Internet network and DVB network.
