Summary form only given, as follows. A possible plasma lens experiment at the SLAC (Stanford Linear Accelerator Center) final focus test facility has been proposed. The optics of the plasma lens and the FFTB optics compatible with the test have been designed. The plasma formation and the experimental arrangement needed have also been considered
