Abstract
The Internet brings more opportunities for SMEs. Through the analysis on the problems presently existing in SMEs´ e-commerce, this paper discusses the management innovation countermeasures for SMEs´ e-commerce, which will contribute active significance for SMEs that currently account for over 99% of Chinese enterprises to engage in e-commerce construction.
