Abstract
Telkom´s rapid developments in the field of technology have resulted in an increased demand for effective training methods and have given rise to the design of learning situations which integrate theory and practice into a system of learning. The author gives an overview of technical training in Telkom which is based on the provision and presentation of a modular skills course at Telkom Colleges to provide a flexible and integrated method of training in which the specific training needs of the company can be satisfied
