Abstract :
The U.S. Army´s Land Warrior program focuses upon providing the dismounted soldier with up-to-date technology for wireless communication, navigation, and data sharing. Recent program activity has centered upon applying commercially-available solutions wherever possible. This review presents the latest system design, and discusses the results of recent evaluation exercises.
