Abstract
Several antenna array configurations have been evaluated in different scenarios regarding the spacing between radiating elements at the transmitter and the receiver of a wideband 4times4 MIMO testbed. As a result, this paper concludes that a higher spacing produces an increase on the capacity for a certain environment, due to the lower correlation between MIMO subchannels and lower coupling among antenna elements. Hallway-like measurements are being processed in order to compare them with the other scenarios and test the keyhole effect
