Abstract :
The Josephson transition is fabricated using new technology. The main difference of the new technology is the superposition of the operation of molding of ceramic plates and fabrication of the microrelief by gluing of silicon plates with the necessary relief into the mold walls. The main feature of the new technology is that firstly the bottom with necessary configuration of microgrooves is fabricated. These microgrooves are filled with the high-Tc powder, and are then sintered
