Study on the evaluation of target enterprise in M&A of logistics enterprise

At present, social cooperation of our country logistics enterprise is inevitable trend, M&A among enterprises become important route to realize logistics industry scale and promote competitiveness. The evaluation on target enterprise is a previous key link, it is primary problem of M&A decision, play a very important role to success or failure of the whole M&A. Seeing that problem that exist in the existing literature, the paper propose to utilize gray clustering carry on clustering to target enterprise at first, then use multi-objective decision-making with entropy value to select the best candidate enterprise as final goal enterprise.
