Abstract

By analyzing the connotations of Chinese rural Scientific and Technological service organization, this paper confirms four development modes of Chinese rural Scientific and Technological service organization: the government-dominating mode, the enterprise-dominating mode, the self-management mode, and the mixed and integrative mode. Furthermore, this paper advances policy suggestions for developing Chinese cooperation-based rural Scientific and Technological service organization.
