Abstract :
A transconductance-capacitor-based low-power integrator suitable for high-frequency filters is described. With the integrators, a continuous-time bandpass filter IC operating from 10 MHz to 40 MHz with Q=10 has been fabricated using a standard bipolar process. The measured SNR was 50 dB, and the power consumption was 80 mW
