Abstract :
In this paper, 5.8 GHz uniform and non-uniform rectennas are developed and their performance is explored. The circular polarized gain of both rectennas is larger than 14 dBi and their axial ratio is smaller than 1.81 dB. A CPS band-pass filter is used to suppress the reradiated harmonic signals of the fundamental frequency, i.e., 11.6 GHz, by over 32 dB. The conversion efficiencies of the uniform and the non-uniform rectennas are 75.4% and 72.1%, respectively
