This paper introduces the importance and some relevant regulations of the Observation about Building Settlement, and explains the process, methods, announcements, data processing, and the requirements of equipments. Especially state the arrangements of observation points and the determine of observation frequency to provide precious experience to measurement firms and construction corporations for reference.
