Abstract :
With the business development of large enterprise groups, the collaborative office platform has many administrative, business, work flow processing system, these flow systems respectively issue discrete tasks, there is no a unified task tracking and evaluation method. This paper put forward a multi task tracking evaluation model (MTEM) based on group Enterprise Collaborative Office Platform (ECOP), the model can be on different flow system under their respective task tracking, and we put forward a multi-task performance evaluation. The paper can help the large enterprise group to increase ECOP information integration level, and it has an important reference value for improving collaborative office management level and work efficiency.
