As the trend of social development, informationalization is bound to have a profound impact on industrial clusters in the space configuration, organization configuration and knowledge spillovers. The analysis in this paper has shown that: Industry merge, resulting from the informationalization, is bound to break through the fixed border of the traditional industry clusters to make it more flexible. The organizations of industrial clusters tend to be virtual; tacit knowledge has realized the timely flow, while explicit knowledge has been an important component of the knowledge spillover of information-based industry cluster under the conditions of informationalization.
