Abstract
A case of supply chain management based on common information service platform has been studied on the background of tobacco industry of China in this paper. Under the system architecture of the platform, the problem of key data integration has been solved by integration of the digitalization management system of distribution centers and the information management system of logistics on the way etc. Supply chain management has been proposed to develop the running mode of the supply chain from pattern of make-to-stock to pattern of make-to-order by supporting of the common information service platform. Single-sign-on technique and RBAC strategy are applied to the security management of the platform. At last, the ITIL based running maintenance of the common information service platform in according with ISO 20000 has been proposed.
