Abstract :
Data from 312 R&D employees across companies were used to test a innovation model of organizational climate for innovation, individual extrinsic motivation and employee innovative behavior in china background. Results suggest that organizational climate for innovation, employee extrinsic motivations positively contribute to employee innovation behavior; extrinsic motivations mediate the relationship between organizational climate for innovation and employee innovation behavior.
