Abstract :
Leaderspsila performance is the sum of leaderspsila main part, mainly including action ability, working quality, resource consumption, cost utilization and outcome feedback, similarly including achievement and effectiveness, accomplishment and contribution, effectualness and validness in practice. It can be seen former researches mostly adopted theoretical research and qualitative analysis on leaderspsila performance or effectiveness. These methodological studies were relatively in describable stage, and seldom quantitatively studied system factors of leaderspsila performance. Based on summarizing former researches and practical experience, this paper designs the dynamic model of leaderspsila performance according to the order of time, quantitatively analyzes vary degrees of which action performance and cost utilization and organizational performance affect leaderspsila performance by the method of marginal analysis and the technology of optimal control. In organizational system, the best way of improving and perfecting leaderspsila performance should be sought continuously.
