Abstract :
There have appeared many types of neural network systems, for use in fields in which their use was not previously imaginable. The applications have been expanding more and more. Some neural networks are connected with fuzzy logic systems and some of them are used in a part of a controlling system. Even though, there still remains the area which is not so expanded in theoretically and applicationally, which is a semantic and logic area in neural networks. So, on this paper, expressions of system of logic in neural networks and its applications have been studied. And some theories have been proved on this matter
