Abstract :
In this work, we present the development of a graphic environment capable of generating virtual scenes to be used by robotic vision algorithms. Main uses of this scene simulator are as an image sequence generator where we know exact camera parameters during acquisition. This information could be used as ground truth in performance estimation tests for robotic vision algorithms. Another application is the simulation of an active camera.
