Abstract :
Loop transfer recovery (LTR) techniques are known to enhance the input or output robustness properties of linear quadratic gaussian (LQG) design. In this paper, a new filter for LTR is proposed. Its structure has been inspired by an interaction between the LQR and the LQG loops and its parameters are adjusted by a noniterative method
