Abstract
The aim of the paper is to propose a new effective numerical approach to solving the initial problem on the basis of two-dimensional integral equations especially for resonance and short wave ranges. The proposed method for solving the scalar scattering problem allows the construction of an effective algorithm for calculating the scattered field. The initial problem is reduced to a system of linear algebraic equations and are easy to solve
