Abstract :
The development and optimization of a two-stage Ku-band feedback amplifier using miniature lumped element circuits in batch processed form is described. Bondwires are replaced by electroformed interconnects to reduce parasitic and improve reproducibility and reliability. Results on pre-space qualification thermal and radiation tests are presented.
